My journey with this project involved pushing the boundaries of Adobe XD's features to build a demo with a variety of puzzles. 🧩
I also threw in a touch of storytelling to guide players through approximately 2 to 3 hours of gameplay. Given that Adobe XD isn't designed for video game creation and has its limitations, crafting puzzles has been quite the challenge. Getting the puzzles to match my vision exactly turned out to be impossible. But hey – consider this demo a first draft, a glimpse into a potential puzzle game in the making. 🎮
Despite Adobe XD's constraints, I'm proud to have overcome obstacles to bring this concept to life. 🤘and I'm grateful for the learning experience this project has offered.
Also, as Adobe XD doesn’t offer the possibility of playing music in the background, I picked an ambient music that matches the game’s atmosphere that you can play on YouTube before diving into the game.
